Nourishing Postpartum Meals
3 Course Meal
A nourishing and healing 3-course meal for your family (about 3 servings).
This is the perfect gift for a family you love or for yourself in those first few weeks. I will create a meal that is healing for the gut, custom to your tastes and blessed with loving energy. This meal will be delivered to the home (within 10 miles of Paonia, CO. Additional mileage may add an additional cost).
Includes a main dish, sides and sweet treats. Please let me know if there are any allergies or restrictions I should know about.

Nourishing weekly meals, 4 weeks
Weekly nourishing meals to support you in your healing. These are created with more servings (6 per week) and made to leave you fully nourished.
Custom to your tastes and the stage of your postpartum journey.
These meals can be delivered or prepared in the home. With this offering we will create a more interweaved relationship, allowing me to get to know your preferences and needs more deeply.

Custom Meal Package
Be fully held in the capacity that you need with a custom meal package. Whether you have a meal train, looking to fill the gaps, or perhaps you are new to the area and need a more full meal plan. I will work with you to cover what you need.
Plans may be a set cost or may include my work and charge food separately, based on need.
Sibling Doula
I know that as a momma you want the BEST care for your littles, while being able to fully sink into the birth experience. Are you nervous about your kiddo having a hard transition from being the ‘baby’ of the family? Are you wanting them to be involved in parts the birth process, but feel worried about how they will feel in the process? or maybe you want a birth experience to be just between you and your partner; worried about if they will be okay.
I provide gentle, educated and attuned care for your little one(s) as they await their sibling. I will guide them in what is happening, prepare them for the transition, gently communicate your boundaries and have ALL of their needs taken care of. So that they know that they are so cared for as you labor.
I will be on call for you at 38 weeks and provide up to 8 hours of continuous care (additional hours at the discounted care rate of $30/hour). We will also schedule a time for me to meet your family before the birth so that they feel safe with me.
